"In a beautiful, gentle and simply way...Pegge Bernecker guides the retreatant deeper and deeper into a special and wonder-filled experience of God and self...But this is more than a retreat workbook or self-guided experience....Seeing the world and life through Pegge's eyes and heart, I gained a much deeper appreciation of the wonderful resources around me that I so often have taken for granted. It is well worth the time and effort to journey to and spend time in your personal garden of life. I am convinced that the harvest will be abundant." --Fr. Bob Amundsen, pastor, Immaculate Conception Parish, Lafayette, Colorado, USA
